What does a "qualified meeting" mean at Prospectify?

A meeting is qualified when the prospect falls within your agreed Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and has expressed active interest in learning more about your value proposition. The prospect must show up to the meeting, our average show rate is 94%. Meetings that don't meet these criteria count towards the guarantee.

How does the Meeting Fulfillment Guarantee work?

All meetings in your package are delivered within the agreed timeframe. If we reach the end of that period and meetings are still outstanding, you have the choice to extend the campaign at no additional cost, or receive a refund for the undelivered meetings. You pay for results, not activity or time spent.

Is your outreach GDPR compliant?

Yes. B2B cold calling and cold emailing are permitted under GDPR without prior opt-in when there is a legitimate interest in contacting the prospect. This means reaching out to specific individuals for a clear and justifiable reason that could provide value to both the individual and their company. Prospectify fully manages GDPR compliance on your behalf, your brand is protected at every step.

How much time does this require from our team?

Approximately 2 hours per month. We handle everything, data sourcing, copywriting, sending, follow-ups, and calendar booking. You join one 90-minute onboarding call at the start, and attend bi-weekly 30-minute strategy calls thereafter. That's the entire management overhead. The rest of your time goes into running the meetings we book.

In what languages can you book meetings?

At this moment, we book qualified meetings in Dutch, English, and German. This means we can run fully localised outreach — native-language emails, LinkedIn messages, and phone calls — across the Netherlands, Belgium, the UK, Ireland, the US, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. If your target market speaks one of these languages, we can reach them.
